This web app is where you connect sources (such as SharePoint), run indexing jobs, search your content, and use AI agents against your vector index. Monthly and annual AI Presentation Blob prices shown on this page describe the subscription product; when you are ready to upgrade, you complete checkout in our external billing site (link opens from the pricing cards).
Use “Create your Backstage” on this page (or Sign up from the header). Enter your company name and a work email or mobile number in one field—we send a magic link by email, or an SMS code if you used a phone. After the portal is created, complete sign-in, then finish onboarding here.
Folder connections use Microsoft OAuth. An admin or someone with permission must sign in to Microsoft and grant access so the service can read the libraries you choose to index. If authentication fails, check that the account has access to the site and that your tenant allows the app.
You select folders or libraries to index; content is processed for search and AI features according to your permissions model. Portal admins typically manage SharePoint connections and indexing jobs; other roles may have limited access depending on your Shufflrr settings.
Yes. You pick a site, then a document library, then any subfolders you want. Only that content is used for indexing and AI, so you stay in control of what’s included.
Your connection follows the libraries and folders you selected. Over time, indexing picks up changes so search and AI results reflect your latest SharePoint content—without you having to manage low-level technical details.
Paid plans are managed in the billing portal (https://billing.shufflrr.com). This Connectors app does not store your card; upgrade and subscription changes happen there.
